The Deed was registered in the Simla Registry Office on 21st December 1850. Therefore, Dalzell Estate dates back to prior this date of transfer and was constructed around 1844 or thereabouts.The Hotel has 22 Double Rooms and 3 Family Rooms which can accommodate from 4 to 6 beds.
