Day 1 ARRIVAL AMRITSAR
ARRIVAL AMRITSAR : Arrive Amritsar Railway Station. On arrival meet and greet by our representative who will take you to the hotel. Check in hotel. Evening visit Indo-Pak Wagah Border to watch Flag Retreat Ceremony- Wagah, an army outpost on Indo-Pak border 30 Kms from Amritsar where the daily highlight is the evening Beating the Retreat ceremony. Soldiers from both countries march in perfect drill, going through the steps of bringing down their respective national flags. As the sun goes down, nationalistic fervor rises and lights are switched on marking the end of the day amidst thunderous applause. Return to hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 2 AMRITSAR SIGHTSEEING
AMRITSAR SIGHTSEEING : After breakfast. Start your full day city tour with the blessings of Golden Temple-the most important sikh shrine which is also called Mecca for the Sikhs is a living symbol of the spiritual and historical traditions of the Sikhs.Then visit Jallianwala Bagh- where, on April 13, 1919, British and Gurkha soldiers opened fire on an unarmed forbidden gathering, killing hundreds of civilians. After lunch visit Maharaja Ranjit Singh Summer Palace Museum- The summer place of Maharaja Ranjit Singh which is situated in the heart of Ram Bagh, Amritsar, Rest of the day at your leisure to go for shopping etc. overnight at Amritsar.
Day 3 AMRITSAR - DHARAMSALA
AMRITSAR - DHARAMSALA : After Breakfast, driver 220 KM (Approx 5 Hrs.)to Dharamsala. On arrival in this Himalayan hill resort that is the abode of Dalai Lama, check in at the hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to enjoy at leisure. We suggest you enjoy a walk along the mall road, where Tibetan refugees display and sell their crafts. Overnight stay at hotel in Dharamsala.

DHARAMSALA SIGHTSEEING : After breakfast at the hotel, We visit Dalai Lama Temple , Tibetan Museum, Norbulingka Institute which is perhaps one of its best in the world. The institute has its own temple, Museum, Meditation Hall, One thousand, one hundred and seventy-three images of the Buddha decorate the forty-four foot high temple hall. visit Residential school run by Tibetan refugees, we would also visit Tibetan crafts village, where Tibetan refugees are imparted training for making various handicrafts, carpets as well as tailoring. Day 5 DHARAMSALA - DHARAMKOT - DHARAMSALA
DHARAMSALA - DHARAMKOT - DHARAMSALA : After breakfast at the hotel, proceed on a sightseeing tour. Visit Sherabling monastery, Bir via Palampur. Visit the village dharamkot . Return to the hotel for overnight stay in Dharamsala.

CHANDIGARH SIGHTSEEING : After Breakfast, start your city tour visit the World famous Rock Garden. An unpretentious entrance leads to a magnificent, almost surrealist arrangement of rock fossils, broken chinaware, discarded fluorescent tubes, broken and cast away glass bangles, building waste, coal and clay – all juxtaposed to create a dream folk world of palaces, soldiers, monkeys, village life, women and temples. These are open air sculptures, one display separated from the other by a clever use of tunnels, twists, turns and concealed gateways such that this magical world unfolds in phases. You have to see it to believe it, and will then not forget it. All of this is enhanced by a waterfall, pool and an open air theatre with proper stage setting.Then visit, Botanical Garden, spread over 88 acres. Its rockeries, lily-pools, and the rare species covered in green houses draw garden lovers as well as botanists. Sukhna Lake, this 3-square-kilometre rainfed lake was created in 1958 by damming the Sukhna Choe, a seasonal stream coming down from the Shivalik Hills. The roof of the bund or dam, elegantly landscaped has become a favorite promenade. Serious walkers pursue an exercise regime, families enjoy an evening stroll, painters and photographers mingle with children on roller skates – to partake of this extraordinary amenity. Photographers and painters never tire of capturing the setting sun, or the heavily clouded monsoon sky, or the early morning mist captured with the rising winter sun against the tranquility of the lake. SHIMLA SIGHTSEEING : After Breakfast , visit Christ Church & St. Michaels Cathedral - stone church with fine stained glass has a cruciform design. It is located just off the Mall, below the District Courts. This is the second oldest church in northern India (the oldest is in Ambala), Christ Church was build between 1846 and 1857. The church is one of the Shimlas major landmarks and is renowned for its stained glass windows. You can have a look inside the church or attend English-language services every Sunday morning during the tourist season Jakhoo Hill/Temple - dedicated to the monkey god, Lord Hanuman at 2455 m, this is the towns highest peak and a vantage point for Shimlas famous views. The summit is crowned with a temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman. The hill is full of paths and narrow roads which are enjoyable walks.Kufri (16km, at 2501m, this is famous for its wide views and skislopes. An enjoyable walk leads up to the Mahasu Peak. RISHIKESH SIGHTSEEING : After Breakfast, start your city tour visit, Bharat Mandir : Built by Adiguru Shankra Chrya arround 12th centuray, Bharat mandir is situated in the heart of the old town on the Banks of the Ganges. Detailed account of this oldest temple of Rishikesh are available in anciant record of Kearkhand. The Inner sanctum of the temple has the idol of lord Vishnu, carved out of a single Saligram. In the inner canopy above the idol is shree yantra installed by Adi Sankraya Charya. The original temple was destroyed by Tamur lane in 1398 A.D. Lot of old statues, coins, pots and other things of historical importance were found in recent excavatiions in the premises of the temple. Rishikund : Close to Trivenighat is the most anciant place, the rishikund. Anciant records relate this to Kubz Saint, who was blessed by the Goddess Yamuna by saturating this pond by its water. The pond reflects the temple of Ragunath, deicated to lord rama and his wife. Triveni Ghat : The main ghat in the town area where most of the pilgrims take holy dip. Every evening hundreds of pilgrims attend the Ganga Arti at the Ghat. Geeta Bhawan : One of the oldest temple complex in the area. The famous Indian epic Ramayana and Mahabharta are described here on the walls. Parmarth Niketan : One of the most renowned temple complex and ashram in the area. Known for its substaintial work on hinduism, three is a school run on tradtional Indian Patterns. The ashram organises ecellent Ganga Arti and Hawan on the Parmarth Ghat every evening. When global orange sun suspended, waits low amid the red/yellow streaked horizon, then all these combine to give this town a very special evening. The temple bells roar, priests enchant mantras. Immersed in sublimation stand the pilgrims . Cupped leaves, with saffron marigold petals and a small candle flame, flickering ride the current of water of wisdom. Suddenly the sky darkens, spreading a blanket of stillness. Everything stops, except the sound of current, which has just sunk the tiny flames of cupped leaves, few minutes back. Transcendental Centre of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi : Situated on the extreme end of Geeta Bhawan area, Marishis TM centre is situated in the pecaeful forest area. Once the most active branch has nothing much to offer to the visitors today. Tera Manzil Temple : A multistory temple complex of idols of hindu Gods, and Goddesses. RISHIKESH : After Breakfast visit Kunjapuri Temple (Sun Rise Or Sun Set) -Drive to Kunja Puri, one of the thitrteen most important Goddesses of Shivalik range, the lower Himalayas. One can witness excellent sunrise or sun set on the Greater Hiamalayan Peaks and the vast Indo Gangetic plains. One can see almost all the peaks of Garhwal Himalayas from here e.g Banderpunch (6316 Mts), Swarga Rohini (6252 Mts), Gangotri ( 6672 mts), Chaukhamba (7138 mts) etc. Vasishtha Goofa - One hour drive from Rishikesh up river is situated Vasishtha Goofa, where famous saint vasishtha meditaed on the banks of the Ganges.
